If you want, you may take a photo with the camera, and upload JPEG image here (straight out of camera, without any software processing), so someone can check at least what EXIF says (in case that online counter check was incorrect). and what I said, 26k "images counted" is probably nowhere near that much of actual mechanical shutter actuations. And even if it really took 26k images, that`s nothing to worry about still - shutter is usually rated around 100k to 150k, and it`s not unusual to go (much, much) higher than that as well.
If it looks good (as it seems so) and works good, I wouldn`t worry about it too much, just enjoy it. "Shutter counter" is also questionable, as it in fact counts much more shutter "actuations" than are physically made (for example, shooting with fully electronic shutter counts, too, and there shutter doesn`t actually do anything). Image file numbering doesn`t have to mean a thing - it can be reset to "100-0001" quite easily, and it can get "bumped" to any (much higher) number as easy as well (if card contains images already, even from a different camera, too). From the condition it looks like it has never been used I cannot believe the 26k count. I checked a Fuji shutter counter online and it said the count was 26,406 :O, The image file numbering says 101-1420. I recently purchased a used graphite silver Fujifilm X-T2 in like new condition, the user claimed it had under 2k shutter count.
